Shipping & Returns

  We try our best to get you your parts as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hrs during normal business hours with most others shipped within 48hrs. We are a working shop / brick & mortar store, as well as, sell though other venues at times so sometimes orders may be delayed so that we can replenish inventory. We receive new inventory daily so usually it is a minor delay for new stock to arrive. 

 NOTICE:  We no longer are able to take / process any orders shipped to the state of Kansas due to the burden the state has placed on small businesses in regards to sales tax collection and reporting. Any orders from Kansas will be cancelled and not filled. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

New Parts -

New parts are only covered by any manufactures warranties applicable.  All electrical parts are absolute sale and and not returnable / refundable. Most new parts we carry are aftermarket brands and come with a One year manufactures warranty against manufactures defects. Most new part(s) will need to be returned to us at your expense with a copy of your sales receipt so we can make available to manufacture to process warranty claim. Any refunds are at manufactures discretion and we make no other warranty either expressed or implied as to their fitness for any use.NOTE: Some parts (hydro pumps, wheel motors, electric PTO clutches) have to installed by an authorized professional shop for any warranty to apply due to their delicate nature. There may be a 15% restocking fee at our disgresion on all new parts returned due to customer ordering wrong part or any other reason that is beyond our control. Refund will be for original purchase price of item less restocking fee- shipping is not refundable. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of delivery. DO NOT return items without prior authorization. Any items returned after 30 days or without contacting us before returning may result in a refusal of acceptance.  Please make sure it is the part you need before ordering. Any parts returned for refund must be in original packaging in resalable condition. It is recommended you insure your package as we cannot be held responsible if item never arrives or is damaged in transit. We do occasionally drop ship parts direct from our suppliers in order to get your parts to you quicker, however, ALL parts being returned have to be returned to our store location. Any parts returned to anywhere other than our location may result in you not getting credit.

New Old Stock (NOS) Parts:

New old stock parts are parts that while they are new may have been on someone's shelf for many years and will often have minor scratches,torn or missing packaging, and other minor defects. We only accept returns on these items in cases of gross misrepresentation on our part.
In cases where it is our mistake we generally refund purchase price plus original shipping charge. You will be required to return item(s) to us for inspection at your cost. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item(s) to get authorization for return. DO NOT return items without prior authorization. After 15 days there are no returns or credit for any reason on these types of parts.

Used Parts:

Used Parts are just that - used parts. They are sold as-is , where-is with no warranty as to fitness for any use. The only way we accept returns
is for gross misrepresentation on our part. We do our best to inspect parts as pulled and again when shipped but we are human and occasionally
a bad part slips past us. Contact us immediately if you discover a problem. You may be required to return item at your cost for inspection at our discretion.
We must be notified of any claims within 7 days of your receipt of item(s). After 15 days there will be no returns or credit for any reason on these
types of parts. Any parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded. Any returns and or credit will be at our discretion and may not include shipping charges.

Special Note on Used Engines & Transaxles:

If an engine or transaxle is listed as in " good working order" this means we have tested it by whatever means available to us. Engines and transaxles
must be drained of all possible fluids prior to shipping to meet shipping requirements. Most problems we come across are caused by failure to refill item to proper level with proper fluid. Due to this our engines and transaxles are generally not returnable but this will be decided on a case by case basis. You will be required to return item at your cost for inspection if needed. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item(s) with any problems. After 7 days there will be no returns or credit for any reason. We DO NOT warranty fuel / carburetor related issues in any way. Unless you are ordering EXACT engine model & type / spec you may have to make wiring related changes and / or other minor modifications / changes as required by equipment you are installing on. 

Engines and transaxles that are listed as "untested" or "unknown condition" are sold 100% as-is, where-is. Your purchase price on these items will be substantially lower than items we have tested and as such you assume some of the risk associated with them.

We enjoy happy customers as word of mouth is the best advertising we can get. If there is a problem with your order contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right. Please do not wait 6 months and call or email saying you never looked at part and just discovered problem as there is nothing we can do at that point.
